WHAT IS A WOMeN’S CIRCLE?
A women's circle is a communal space where women gather to share, listen, and support one another. It is a purposeful space to spark deeper conversations on meaningful topics.
The practice of women gathering together has strong roots in various cultures and holds traditional principles of connection and strength through community.
A women’s circle invites equality, respect, nurturance and guidance.

What is a closed women’s circle?
Our circle will hold space for 10-12 women and we will journey together for the duration of the entire workshop.
This provides a sense of stability as we journey along side one another.

What is the format?
Each session is 90 minutes.
Each session is dedicated to a specific theme/topic.
We will begin and end in circle...and in-between... we will engage in activities that invite exploration, reflection, play and insight.
Together we will establish a nurturing and respectful safe space where laughter, tears and communal sharing is welcomed.

- Your story (how the story you tell yourself about who you are can nurture your authenticity or keep you from connecting to your truest self ).
- What are your guiding Values and how do they impact your decisions.
- Supporting your authenticity- explore what/who supports your authentic self ex. people, environment, faith, etc.
- Understanding your feminine energy and how this links to your authenticity.
- Strategies to stay connected to your authenticity.

This is an 8-week therapeutic group for adults seeking to discover insights to living a meaningful and purposeful life.

- Consist of 6-8 participants (pending on group content).
- Closed groups (enrolled participants are consistent for entirety of group).
- Requires participants to commitment to entire duration of group.
- To ensure group support is the right fit for your current needs, an initial individual session is required.

Personal Growth Groups
- Group consists of 6-10 participants.
- Closed Groups (participants enrolled are consistent until completion of group)
- Group facilitator holds space, invites reflections consistent with workshop topic.
- Although participants may experience reflective experiences or "ah-ha" moments, these groups are not THERAPY PROCESSING groups. The intent is to dedicate time and space to a personal growth topic in a purposeful and intentional manner.
- Atmosphere is "light", engaging, social (to the extent you would like).
- Register with a friend or have this be a gift to yourself.
