​Navigating life transitions and adversities is a complex and difficult process. During such times, women may experience an impact on their sense of self and overall wellbeing. The stressors and complexities of life can have a multifaceted effect on a woman's wholeness- the emotional, physical, mental, social, spiritual, and cultural domains.  
Often, the focus becomes on managing symptoms, resulting in a cycle of anxiety, stress, and disconnection.

How I Work
​Counselling is an opportunity to process your presenting concerns in a
non-judgmental space where you are heard and seen.
My counselling approach integrates evidence-based counselling therapy and holistic counselling modalities to understand your unique life experience and the interconnections of 
your wholeness.

I practice from a foundational belief that healing starts from within and embracing your authenticity facilitates clarity and promotes healthy decision making that aligns with your values.
Your core-self holds inner wisdom, innate strengths and naturally seeks personal growth and healing. 

​I offer you my presence and counselling expertise to help you reconnect with your authenticity and develop effective coping strategies to address your presenting concerns and reach your counselling goals.​
