Perhaps you are experiencing a life transition, harbouring self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, feel burdened by anxiety or feel that your life is "unbalanced" or "stuck". Or maybe you are seeking fulfillment within yourself, relationships, career, etc.
Life events and transitions challenge individuals to respond. Counselling invites you to process your presenting concerns in a non-judgmental space where you are heard and seen. I aim to support you by providing a listening ear,
inviting reflection and exploration of coping strategies to help you achieve your counselling goals.

Individual sessions: $160 /50 minute session. Couples sessions: $190/75 minute session.
